So I'm transfering from my University to a college for this year and I just heard back this:
"Please notarize (by lawyer) all academic documents and resubmit."
I'm just curious as to why I needed to notarize. I figured maybe it was that I was transferring from a honours degree (Bachelors of...) to a diploma program BUT I just changed it to another honours degree program in the college. Would I still need to notarize? I'm just confused why I had to do this if anyone knows.
