Hello everybody,
this is my 1st post here.
Me and my wife got ITA in Jan 2017,
I worked 1+ year in NOC B job and we went to CEC stream.
The problem is that my spouse is studying in Canada and her academic standing is really poor (below 1),
furthermore she is on academic suspension since April 2016 but still can study from Sep 2017.
We filled questionnaire and in Checklist we found line : 'Education Transcripts' with no instructions provided.
Is it for Canadian college transcript? because 'Education/degress' line is different.
What happen if I input transcript from university she finished?

I suppose it will cause our file rejection.
Please tell me, does it really matter on final decision?
PS/ I cannot eat and sleep at night :'( ???

Update:
- My work permit based on her study permit. While everything is OK with job, police check, medical exam, diplomas etc. Since my spouse didn't study for a long time, may it cause suspicions that she is working illegally? (she's not, but will CIC trust on word?)
- Uncertainty really depressing me, is there any hope or we already should be planning our life outside of Canada?

Check out this thread http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/possible-academic-suspension-t196073.0.html

From the posts in this thread...it seems the University should have reported her suspension to CIC. I assume they didn't revoke her student visa (or your work permit based on it)?

Also, check this website-I assume most colleges operate the same way: https://international.uoit.ca/current-students/immigration-information/study-permit/index.php

IMPORTANT STUDY PERMIT REGULATIONS
CONDITIONS YOU MUST FOLLOW AND WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FAIL TO COMPLY
IMMIGRATION CONSEQUENCES OF ACADEMIC SUSPENSION
As detailed in the section Imposed conditions and failure to comply, any student who has a study permit must follow certain conditions. One of the conditions is that they will enrol in and stay enrolled in school. UOIT is required to report on the enrolment status of its international students to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). When students are placed on academic suspension, they are no longer enrolled and cannot apply for re-admission to the university for at least two semesters (see UOIT Academic Regulations for details on probation and suspension policies). The university will report your academic suspension status to IRCC.

Students who go on academic suspension are at risk of failing to comply with R220.1(1) since suspension means they are not enrolled for at least two semesters. Students who are on probation and facing suspension should contact iss@uoit.ca and schedule an appointment to discuss their immigration options.

I would think -- and I'm by no means an expert-- that CIC would take this into consideration because, you're legally in the country because she has a study permit. But, she is no longer a student.

Thanks for the reply and information.
1) As far as I understood, this can make my work experience in Canada invalid? And this can be the reason for rejection?

2) Can poor academic performance be the reason for EE denial itself? (it doesn't add CRS points)

3) She wasn't contacted by CIC or any other organization regarding her study permit suspension. Does that mean that in our case she can just return to her studies after academic suspension period (2 semesters)

1) As far as I understood, this can make my work experience in Canada invalid? And this can be the reason for rejection? I would suggest you consult an immigration attorney. I think most of them do a free consultation.

2) Can poor academic performance be the reason for EE denial itself? (it doesn't add CRS points) No. Express Entry does not look at academic performance itself.

3) She wasn't contacted by CIC or any other organization regarding her study permit suspension. Does that mean that in our case she can just return to her studies after academic suspension period (2 semesters) What university did she attend?
