Don’t get panic .. you applied through consultant so when they applied your study permit application they made gckey account for submit your application.. you can ask your consultant about your status they can see on your gckey account or you can get gckey account info like username and password from them check by yourself.. good luck

I created my cic account after submitting my application.. It’s not necessary to create a cic account while applying.. Anyways you can check with your agent..
