No counterfoil means visa is rejected. A mail will be sent explaining the reason of refusal..

I’m so sorry you had to go through this. Have u linked your application to cic? If not, please do it immediately. The updates there are instant and straightforward. If there is a rejection, they might have updated in your cic account. Let’s hope you get your study visa soon..

Go to cic.gc.ca
Click check application status
Go to GC key
Fill the details and cic account is created
Also fill all the details exactly like the way you filled in your paper based forms..
It’s easy.. please do it right away..
