I am from Bangladesh age 22. I applied for Canadian student visa last year twice and both of the times i got my visa rejected. The only reason they stated was that they do not believe that i will be back to my country after the completion of my course.

Now I intend to apply for immigration visa with my wife for Canada, and i have a brother in Canada who wish to sponsor us. My question is, since my student visa was rejected both of the times, do i have a very less chance of getting the visa, or it still might has positive outcome?
Thanks in advance

No that should not matter, however immigration for Canada is closed until further notice. The government has to clear backlog
