Hi,


I had opened an EE profile back in Sept. 2019 and submitted my application. In Dec. 2019 I wanted to update my profile, but in the process of doing so I made a mistake which resulted in my profile becoming ineligible. Therefore, I proceeded to creating another EE profile with another email. However, in the new profile I mistakenly answered the question regarding "Personal Reference Code" as no. What should I do at this stage? Please note I have not received an ITA.
