I have applied PR case in 2005.

In Jan 2010 I arrange an employment in Canada.

In July 2010 I send all docs .

I send Full documents (AEO,PCC,Job Documents) NDVO.

I have sent apointment letter, experence certificate, bank statement, visiting card & sellery slips .

Now I have two questions......

1. How many chances are of job enquiry.

2. What is the expected time for medicals?

Please guide me....................................

Thanx in advance

Hello Sharmaa, I have been through this grind. NDVO doesn't attach an AEO to an old application so easily. Especially for pre Nov. 2008 applicants it's a waste of time waiting for something to happen after submitting your AEO.

I would suggest you to submit a fresh application to CIO, Sydney under the new rules. Believe me it will be processed much faster & once CIO puts it's approval stamp on the application categorizing it FSW-2, then Visa Office processes it under FSW-2 & things move comparatively faster.

We wasted 7 months ourselves waiting for the VO to prioritize our pre Nov. 2008 application under AEO, but they never did. We put a new application in the C-50 rules & it has moved much faster & expecting medicals any day now.

I agreed to yukon...

Do not waist your time..go for new one.

Regards,
Mayank
