Hi,

I have few query regarding my on going study permit application for my partner,
She got admission offer latter from Vancouver island university for dental hygienists program in April 2018 for August 2018 intake,
We apply her study permit at 1 June 2018, since then we are just waiting from Canada immigration for her any outcome of this study permit however due to this my partner lost her sit from her course at university as they waited for her January 2019 intake too.
We have try everything and anything to hear from visa office but all we got one answered which is wait as your file in process.
As you can imagine now our life situation currently as we planned our things in life according to this study permit but no luck yet.

Is there anything you can help in this matter?
We would be really great full. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Did you apply yourself or through agent? What exactly have you tried so far to get a response from IRCC?

I have drop email to IRCC many times. I have applied online application myself. All I have got reply is to wait as file in process. Is there anything else I can do now?
