hi,can someone who entered Canada illegally be sponsored by his canadian wife? they got married 8 months ago,my cousin was in the US and was ordered deported,he did not get deported because my country was not issuing travel documents back then,so he was released,given a work permit but had to report with at immigration office every 6 months. He managed to make it to canada(not under his name) and wants to restart his life. Any advice or similar case will be greatly apreciated
