Hello Guys,
I need your suggestion regarding SOWP.
I have applied two times SOWP and got refusal on second time last Saturday. My permanent residence file is also in progress with spouse and medical request is already received.
This time in refusal they mentioned the reasons in letter about the "insufficient documentation to proof relationship" and "ties to country". Those are the reasons they gave in my first refusal too with others. My spouse attached the job vacation letter with reference letter from her company and also attached the marriage certificate with several group pictures of wedding event. I am not understanding on which ground they are refusing my application again and again.
My spouse cant apply third time as my PGWP is going to expire in almost 6 months. I need to know that is there any chance if I contact with Parliament member and try to reopen my case? Somebody have same experience like me?
