Hi guys
To apply for a GCMS, can I print out the request form, sign my part and scan and send it for my husband to finalise, pay the $5 and submit the form since my hubby resides in Canada and I am in Australia? My file was sent to Sydney via since mid September and have not heard anything since. I just curious if my file has been touch since and therefore a GMCS might provide me answers.

Yes, or if you fill out section A, he fills out section C, and he files for a Privacy Act request, it's free. But he has to file it.
