hi guys,

I am applying visitor visa of my mother do I need medical insurance and dummy ticket before I apply on paper?

Thanks

If you are applying for super visa, yes you do need medical insurance that can cover up to 100 000 dollars.
but if its just a simple TRV, you don't need it. For the ticket you can just do a prebooking to any travel agent. its free
