So, Please Give me an inside

I am turning 23 next month and my girlfriend is 20, she currently lives in US and i live in Canada. we have known each other since 2012 and we have always been in love with one another. We dated back in 2013 for a while but due to misunderstanding we both broke up. but we always had feeling for one another and we always had contact with one another. we talked, chatted with one another after the breakup. since last JUNE (2015) we been in a serious relationship. since we live in differently country. Distance is killing us both, we constantly miss other and it is effecting both of us. She is coming here next week to visit me and We are thinking about getting married in 2 month and i know what you are thinking but in our culture its the perfectly OK to get married and people usually get married around that age or even younger. i have talked with my family and everyone is really happy and excited. Her Family doesn't know about the the wedding and its perfectly OK for them not to know because it is common in our culture for girl parent not to know. we are getting married according to Hindu Custom and Practise. and also one thing, in our Hindu custom once a girl spends a night with for boyfriend she cannot go back to her house, she is considered married.

i was wondering if someone has been through this process or has an insightful information could help me with my sistuation.

1) I am applying for Inland Process, Will i have any trouble regarding the period of our relationship?
2) I have personally meet her once but we are soo close already. will that be a problem ?
3) I am a full time university student and working around 30 hours a week. Will i have any problem ?
4) what would happen if my inland process is refused ? what is the next process
5) Do i have to work to sponsor or make certain money ?

1. 2. as long as you present solid evidence to prove your relationship with her is sincere, it would be fine.
you might need to explain Hindu custom for marriage with your app.

3. no. thats fine

4. you can apply for outland or inland again.
you need to start from beginning : gathering all docs, fill out all forms.

5. no, but you need to present how you are gonna support yourself and your (future)wife while processing her file.
ex: she would work with her open work permit, financial support from your parents etc.

6. outland process faster than inland and you can appeal if you get rejected . (no need to start over again.)

Has she considered coming to canada to study?

Your situation is not ideal, but it doesn't necessary mean that your application will be rejected.
You don't have to meet a minimum income, but you cannot receive social assistance. I would suggest to apply outland, it is very fast for someone from the US.

Good luck!
