i am going to send my docs to Canada tomorrow through DHL. Hope it will reach within this month. Would it be affected by the change of April?? is it wise to apply now or wait for April???

if you are under the 38 NOC priority list and passed the 67 points mark, then go ahead apply asap.. if u will send the application form via DHL, it will reach CIO in 3-5 days. it is best to apply early because time is very impt and no one knows if the occupations listed now will still be there after april 10, 2010
