I've found that some visa agencies on Google claim that students should submit the followings,

#1. Statement of purpose (including details about my plan in Canada, and reason why it has to be Canada)
#2. Personal history form (what I've been doing after 18y with every details)
#3. Proof of what I've been doing past 5 years (such as certificate of employment)
#4. Transcripts of secondary grades and any post-secondary transcripts

The problem is that none of the information above are required when I submit an application online on CIC website.
I also couldn't find any forms for them.

Are those requirements above (#1-#4) out of date?
Or do I still have to write down those information on blank papers and submit them?

#1. Statement of purpose (including details about my plan in Canada, and reason why it has to be Canada)
not mandatory but a good idea to add this to improve ur visa chances...
#2. Personal history form (what I've been doing after 18y with every details)
most of this information u must be filling in the application form
#3. Proof of what I've been doing past 5 years (such as certificate of employment)
if u fill information about ur activities in application form then its a good idea to attach proof.
#4. Transcripts of secondary grades and any post-secondary transcripts
again it is not mandatory but a good idea to add them if they r good.....
