I have just received my PR Visa and I'm an inland applicant (I have not landed yet).I have a surgery, which I have to do as soon as possible. Can I go to my home country to have my surgery and return to Canada with my PR Visa? or Can I get my OHIP by my visa and COPR to have my surgery here in Canada? or I need to get my PR card to apply for OHIP and if so how much time does it take to receive OHIP?
