hello

my husband sent a WP application in pretoria on 19 feb 2013 and a week later he got a call from CHC that the cheque was not correctly written(it was a bank gurantee check addressed to toronto)so they gave us the right address and we sent it back on 21 feb.we havent heard anything from them since.now someone hacked in to his yahoo account and closed it,he cannot access his email address.
my question is:how are they going to communicate with him since they only have the closed emailaddress and home address.can they send the mail through post?will they be able to help him if he goes there in person to give another email address,he does not have a file number.
