I am here to seek for advise. I was once sponsored by a PR holder . We were married for 5 years but lived apart. We put in application for spousal visa and after three years of waiting for approval she called the immigration to cancel the application because we had an argument over having a child. she doesn't want to have a kid and i told her she should have let me know this before marriage then i would have known what i was bargaining for . Long story short, she called them to cancel the application.
I am considering applying to Canada as a student and this has been giving me a lot of concern. Maybe I should try or not. I don't how to answer questions such as 1. Have you been refused a Canada visa before 2. Do you know anyone in Canada ?. Do I say YES or NO to these questions?. knowing well that I was once sponsored ??. Will the Immigration have a problem with my application?. Do you think I should forget about Canada all together?.
This is my plight and I need info on the way forward.
