Hello everyone.
My question is what would you think the chances are of my wife being allowed into Canada on TRV.
We currently have a permanent resident application in process.
The problem my wife is having trouble waiting and thinkin about going to Spain to continue medical career and dragging me along.
She is a
- doctor
- maybe has 5000$ in bank
-worked and studied before in Spain and Europe.
- Bolivian nationality
- She now works in Buenos Aires at a hospital.
-She is well travelled.

She is very concerned she will be denied for a TRV I however think she has a good change because she checks all the boxes to visit.
What do think her changes are for piece of mind for me?
Thanks everyone.

It's difficult for any of us to say. Probably 50/50. She has a decent profile - but at the same time, CIC will know she has plans on remaining in Canada long term due to the PR application. You can always try and see what happens - you might get lucky.

Thanks for the reply
We shall see what happens
She has strong family ties to South America
Also exam dates set in Europe to work as doctor so Canada is not her first choice.
That is is why I want her to visit first
Fingers crossed
