Hi just got GCMS note today

Express Entry - Application sent for R10 Review Min Score: 450 - ITA Score: 464
Principal Applicant Application Promoted: Existing UCI
Spouse Application Promoted: Existing UCI

Client Fee: Paid
Applicant has Canadian Dependent: NO

My concern is about the ECA for foreign credentials. I have a Canadian degree, and I didn't attach my foreign degree, do I need to sent ECA as well? It has been over a month, my background check has not started yet.

ECA is required only if your highest degree is not from Canada.

Criminal: not started
Medical: Passed

Any idea why eligibility has not started yet? should I be worried? :-[ :-[

Actually, topic starter's application has been sent for completeness check (see "Application sent for R10") - it doesn't mean that completeness check was done. E.g. I have "R10 OK" in notes - it means that completeness check was done and application is complete.

You sure? But in my GCMS notes, Eligibility shows not started, neither security nor criminal started ??? ???
