Please HELP, Why the transaction is not approve when I pay my work perimit fee

I am in live in caregiver program and trying to apply my work permit with new employer.

I am trying to pay the work permit fee on line. But the transaction not approve.

Should I do my application on line and then be able to PAY on line ?

Or do I need MyCIC ID and then Pay on line ?

Please help me.

Contact your credit card company, they can tell you why the transaction is being declined. For example, it may be that it has triggered some sort of anti-fraud logic within their system.
