Please Help! Urgent extending stay in canada mailing rules!?

Please tell me if I can send my husbands application for extending stay in Canada with express post 2 to 3 day delivery with signature( canada post office) we have always done this before without issue but now it says in guidelines Do Not include prepaid envelope with this application? I dont have enough time to beat the expiry date of my husbands status jan 30 if I dont use express post! and will have to apply for restoration of status ....please advise as Im in complete panic now!?

The instruction "Do not include a prepaid envelop" has nothing to do with how you send the application to IRCC. It simply means don't put an empty envelop inside your application package.
You can certainly use Xpresspost delivery.

Personally, I would use Purolator; but that's just me.
