I am writing on behalf of my brother who is in chicago right now on a student visa .
He wants to visit niagara falls by road. I am in canada in calgary far from niagara . His intension to visit niagara falls is independent.
Can he apply without having my invitation letter saying he want to do tourism to niagara for 2 to 3 days. More over he is doing graduate assitantship in his university and earning 1700 us dollars plus he has got tution fee waiver . Does he come under working category. Not sure will graduate assitantship will come under working class.
he can provide all these documents. paystub from university; his waiver letter ,how long he will be graduate assitant. does these document suppot his application.
Does he need to show bank account for the account sttatement. will it be sufficient to show only current balance or 4 month statement
