hey guys I've been reading a lot on the forum but still have a bunch of questions, help me please if you know:

I have a girlfriend in mexico, and we decided to get married and apply for outland sponsorship because it is supposed to be faster.

1) if we get married in mexico, and apply for outland sponsorship, can she after come to stay with me in canada or they will not give her visitors visa because we are married or is it better if she gets visitor visa first, comes here and we apply outland from here? So the question is, if she can have any problems to get visa if we marry and apply outland before she gets tourist visa?

2) and another question is about Option C: I'm 21 years old, i never worked before and i will start working in a few months, threfore i cant get an option c, so what am i supposed to do? can i still be eligible to sponsor my "future wife" or i will be declined because i dont have income at the moment?

3) is it better to go with inland or outland, if im planning to get married, then apply to sponsor her and i want her to come and stay with me in canada the time we wait? we chose outland because it is faster, but are there any downsides to that in my particular case?

First of all I would re-read the advice given to you by others back in October as that answers some of your questions already.

1. Getting a visitor visa for a spouse can be difficult because she has to convince CIC that she will return to Mexico when it expires irrespective of her PR application. If she was successful you can apply outland while both staying in Canada. She would also need to ensure that she keeps legal status In Canada by extending her visa if necessary.

2. See your previous response from Leon in October....however I would say again that you need to illustrate to CIC how you are going to support your spouse as you are financially responsible for her.

3. Outland is generally faster however (and I stress this is only my opinion) but your application to sponsor her may come under extra scrutiny for a number of reasons. The fact you have only met relatively recently and judging by your posts you probably haven't lived together. Furthermore, you haven't worked before so evidencing how you will support her may be more challenging. Remember it's up to,you to provide as much evidence as possible about the validity of your relationship to CIC, if you do get married try and make sure family are there and you get a few good photos.

Sorry I don't want to sound like a dad here but remember marriage is a big step if you're only 21 and you haven't lived with her before...you will be financially responsible for her for three years so if things don't work out and she ends up claiming welfare you will have to pay that back. Like you I met my wife in Canada when I was 20/21 but we didn't get married for another 7 years!

Anyway I do wish you all the best and don't take my comments the wrong way....its just out of concern!

so is it going to work, if first she will get a visitors visa, come here, we will get married here in canada and after that apply for outland from here? so that way she wont have problems getting a visa

She may still have problems getting a visa even before you are married.

I agree. It's up to the officer's discretion as to whether she is an overstay risk. Have proof of ties to her home country ( i.e job, lease, return ticket). Even then, nothing is guaranteed. You may get the same officer if she decides to leave for whatever reason and try to return and they say no or give you a hard time.
