Please Help ( spousal sponsorship ) out side Canada

I am Married to Canadian lady since 2005, We have our marriage certificate which is fully legalized and approved by the Canadian embassy in Egypt, However my wife visited me in Egypt several times since we got married that was 8 years ago, after that we could not live together we have tried hard, as she applied to sponsor me under spouse class and my application was incomplete as a result of that the application was returned from the CIC Office to us to be completed and to resubmit it again, but we did not, then we moved on with our lives without getting divorced or anything, 3 years later on after that my wife met someone else in Canada who was a foreigner student, and she applied to sponsor him within Canada under the common law class and there was no decision taken with regards to that, everything was canceled because me and her were still officially married this point, later on I got married again with another lady in Egypt now I have a baby with her, my concern here after this long brief, is it possible for me and my Canadian wife to get back together we have been trying to work it out, and she is will reapply to sponsor me to go to Canada to live together, but i dunno if she could do this still?? we both agreed on that because we still love each other but I am not sure from the legal side would it be easy ??

You can certainly try - however I think you are going to face challenges convincing Canadian immigration your relationship is genuine.

Your wife has two failed spousal sponsorship applications under her belt. You have since married and had a child with another woman. It's going to be an uphill battle. Before you submit the application, you will need to re-establish a real relationship. If you want the application to have any chance of succeeding, I would recommend that your wife move to Egypt and live with you for at least six months before submitting the sponsorship application to prove your relationship is genuine.
