please help! some problems about my CIC uploading!

Hi everyone,

I am gonna change my status from student to visitor.
My student permit expired on 1st August so I'm gonna extend my stay as a visitor.
I was working on my cic uploading. It has no problem with proof of means of financial support and passport or travel document when I upload.
but i couldn't upload the form imm5708 extend m stay as a visitor.
It showed
Validation error: You have not completed the mandatory fields or you have not completed them correctly. Please make corrections where indicated.
Error Description:
Your status expiry date in the answer you provided previously does not correspond to the Restoration in your form. Modify your answers or the value in your form.


I don't know what's wrong with my expired. I tried to change the expiry date in the answer(many times in different date), it still can't solve my problem.

Does anyone can help to solve the problem?

Restoration is for expired status. Your status is not expired yet.
 
What's why I felt confused. My status not expired yet. Why it showed this information.
I thought maybe the web site some problems. I tried to cancel personal checklist code than restarted to answer the questions again to get the new personal checklist code. And upload my files again, however it still the same! I really don't know how should I do!!! I think I run into technical problems.
 
Hi! I'm applying for Restoration as a visitor here in Canada, and when I uploaded my form.. it shown me " VALIDATION ERROR: STATUS EXPIRY DATE IN THE ANSWER PROVIDED PREVIOUSLY DOES NOT CORRESPOND TO THE RESTORATION IN YOUR FORM. MODIFY YOUR ANSWERS OR THE VALUE IN YOUR FORM"


PLS. HELP ME.. WHAT DO I DO?????
