Please help regarding GcMS notes and Medical

What are GCMS notes?? Why people order these notes?? Other question is i have got my AOR and someone asked me to do the medical upfront but i have not recieved medicAl request. What should i do?? Wait for medical request or just do it before?? ThAnk you

GCMS notes are the notes which tell you what has happened on your file . Basically status and activities on file .

I would suggest do medicals when you get the request .
