I just received an email from cpc-ctd-ottawa... requesting myself and spouse's residence history for the past 2 years. Do I have to respond by email? or regular mail? Is there any PDF forms available to list out the history. Please reply.

Did anyone else get such a question from CIC?

No one can provide any hard time lines. It all depends on the VO. The delay can be a few weeks to a month, or there could be none.
