Sometimes appeals of rejections for health reasons work. You would have to prove that the health problem has been treated and cured, or that it is not as serious as the DMP thought. I have seen some that were won by the sponsor proving they would pay for any care needed. In one appeal case the elderly mother of the sponsor had arthritic knees and the DMP said she would eventually need a knee replacement, so her app was refused. At the appeal, the mother presented evidence that she would never get the operation, and her child also provided assurance that if necessary he/she would pay for it themselves, and they won the appeal.
