Medical passed in July.
Received AIP through email in August.
Requested GCMS note on 30 Sep and just received the note today.

Counterfoil Req: Yes

As the Final is left blank, does it mean that they have not made decision on my case? Is there any where else I can find a hint or anything relating to the final decision? I get lost in the note and don't know where to check. Please help!!!

Seems like you will be approved, check the “outgoing correspondence “ section and see if OPR has been generated for you. Also go to the last page and check “note” to see what the VO thinks about your application.

Looks good. Can you take a look at the VO notes on the last pages.
