I kindly need your support in clarifying few questions. I'm an B.Tech Electronics & Instrumentation Engineer and working for a telecom operator through vendor Huawei as MNOC Front Office Engineer. I'm working in Network Operations Center and my role is monitoring RAN & LTE Access Network (2G, 3G & LTE) alarms & providing 1st level technical support to field engineers.
I'm confused, What Job Title should I keep such as Telecommunications Engineer/ Wireless RAN Engineer which could match the NOC Title as well. I saw Telecommunications Engineers are going for NOC title 2147 as it's mentioned in example / index titles on Canada NOC Website and I'm thinking to go with job description Telecommunications Engineer rather than Mobile NOC Front Office Engineer or Wireless RAN Engineer to avoid any confusion.
Kindly suggest Canada NOC Title to me.... Please
Moreover, Some of my Job Responsibilities are
Monitoring/ Surveillance of Network Alarms for 2G, 3G and LTE sites on NMS servers
Creating trouble tickets for any alarm event or outages for 2G, 3G or LTE sites in response time
Restoring Outages or Degradations in agreed SLA time frames
Coordinating with respective departments like Performance & Optimization for root cause and KPIs
Escalating issues to customer (Operator) and other business units and coordinating with them to resolve the issues.
