Please help! - New Bank Account

Yesterday my father opened new bank statement in his name. Say its 2-3 days old. But we put sufficient funds to cover my full study expenses. Is it necessary for bank account to be older than 4 months, even though it has that enoughmoney? Cuz before we didn't have that opportunity to open and we don't have other bank accounts.

The older the account the better, like I answered in your other thread, a new account with a decent funds is suspicious

Thank you! But is usually the opening date of bank account is indicated in the bank statement? Cuz I saw many that only current available amount of money is written.
If not can you tell me what exactly must be written in bank statement?? Pls help

A bank statement is a timeline of your transactions. It's not important that that an account's opening date is written on the document or not. What's crucial here is that you are unable to provide a bank statement of at least 4 months duration.

Normally CIC ask for a 4months or maybe 6months depending the sponsor if its self or another dependent

now, according to you, the account was recently opened which is not even up to a month and you will be applying before the end of the week.. that's serious complications

Even if the account opening date isn't state on it, CIC always verify the account so the opening date might eventually pop up

MAYBE.. or an SOP COULD help your case by explaining why it's so and you have to talk about honestly and sincerely, maybe your luck would shine
