CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP WITH THE PROFIFE INFO :

Me and my husband both have good jobs in Canada in banks and we make about $140000 CAd. I went to india last year 2013 and I applied for a TRV for my 19 year old brother to come with me for 3 months also he was waiting for his class 12 exam results.
The VO rejected the visa for 3 reason
1. family ties in home country and Canada
2.financial status
3.employment status.
I showed my mom as a housewife because I take care of the expenses as my father expired , brother is a student.
Brothers profile
10th 58%
12th 71%
9 months gap because preparing for IELTS (exam in feb 15th 2014)
I want to ask because there is a prior rejection will they refuse study permit even if we pay all the fees up fronts and show $20,000 worth of gold assessment as assets. The programme that we are looking to apply is Business general for 2 years in Seneca college.
I don't want to make mistake aging PLEASE PLEASE HELP.

I don't think posting the same thing every 15 minutes will get you an answer.

Having ties in Canada is NOT an advantage.

Showing physical assets is NOT an advantage.

Have your father expired (as in died) or retired?

What SIGNIFICANT ties to home country (NOT CANADA) does your brother have?

I don't think re posting is wrong, I did that because I do not have much time as the course start date is may 2014.

It's spamming, annoying, attention-seeking like a 4 year-old nagging for candy and rude. Patience is a virtue. I only responded to be nice.

My father died in 2004 ,There is no investment in India apart from gold, all the investment is in CANADA.

Investments is not the same as liquid cash in the bank.

Do you think applying directly for a pr would be a better way to go?

Different question for a different forum.

According to the new spp program rules they don't require an sop so does it matter.

I don't know what SPP is, never needed it.

If I decide to apply for study visa I am doing it trough a agency where lot of my family friends kids came to Canada, obviously I no there are no guaranties.

Ah, so you are the one applying. Not "your brother". Why didn't you say so from the beginning.

I think you are not an appropriate person to help.
When i say "i" will apply it means i am the one making decision for my brother I am already a PR in Canada.
If you look at your post you are the one rude not me. If you don't have the capability to understand don't respond.

Thanks but no Thanks

Do you think asking multiple times will lead to resolution of your query? No one is obliged to answer you and we got our own person business to tend to. Be grateful we are sparing our time to answer some random question. With that attitude mate you arent getting around quickly for sure and anyways you and ya hubby earns so much ,go meet a lawyer and pay him up instead of looking here for a quick free answer .
