Hi,

Please help.

My mother was approved as a nominee via MPNP together with my father and my 3 siblings as spouse and dependent.
In the process of the VISA application my two older siblings' VISA application was rejected as they are already older than 22.

My question is do they have to apply for a seperate VISA application as they are not considered dependent anymore? Would that be possible as on the MPNP application they were still considered dependent.

Any help from our forumers will be very much appreciated.

Thank you very much.

Hello Dwyane,

Yes your siblings have to apply for a separate visa as they are not categorized as "dependents" to your Mother and Father anymore. They can apply under the family stream category. Meanwhile remember their details should have been provided by your parents so the approval should not be an issue as such as long as they have a strong tie in the Canadian Province they are being nominated.

I hope this helps and I wish you all the best..
