Hello everyone,

I am new to this forum. I got married this past summer in Lebanon. My husband and I filled out all of the papers in Lebanon and made sure not to forget anything. Unfortunetly we missed a few things here and there so he kept sending me all the information and documents I needed. Yesterday, going through the full spouse sponsorship document... I noticed we hadn't filled out the Supplementary information form, education and employment history & military service...

The problem is that well my husband was never in the military.. therefore can I just write N/A on the papers and send that in? Or does he really need to sign it himself even tho it is all N/A ?

Please let me know from your past experiences ... asap !! Thank you so much in advance.

Re: Please help !!

I am pretty sure that it will need his signature even though its not applicable and he is the one applying for PR. Someone with that experience might be able to answer this question better though, I could be wrong...

They will definitely want to see the education and employment history, as for the military service there should be a question that asks 'have you ever served in a nations military forces' or something like that, just check no, don't bother filling out that section.
