Hi,

I worked as a lecturer in an Engineering college for 5 years in Mechanical Engineering Department. My teaching NOC is 4011 but normal NOC for Mechanical engineer is 2132. Which should I choose ? Can I choose both? If I go with 2132 as I have done my graduation in Mechanical engineering. Please guide me.

You worked as a lecturer, so I think you should choose the teaching NOC.

Read the job duties of both NOC and see which duties match with what you do day to day. Your degree may not have anything to do with your NOC. Many electrical engineers work as software programmers. They can't choose NOC for electrical engineer just because they have degree in electrical engineering.

Hi Cansha,

I have two month of internship experience which was full time. Can I claim that for my work experience, I have total 34 month of experience. If I add my internship I can claim points for work ex.

Can I do that ?
