I am helping a friend..I need your expertise on this matter..I will also PM Qorax our master (everhelpful).
PROBLEM: wrong document sent; my friend sent CERTIFICATE of MARRIAGE instead of ADVISORY OF MARRIAGES from the Philippines...
ENTERED CANADA: FEB. 09, 2011
OPEN PERMIT issued on: AUGUST 22, 2013
SUBMITTED PERMANENT RESIDENCE APPLICATION ON MAY 2013.......
On MARCH 09, 2015: received a letter from CIC requesting for the ADVISORY of MARRIAGE document.
On APRIL 14, 2015: sent the wrong document (sent CERTIFICATE of MARRIAGE instead of ADVISORY OF MARRIAGES from the Philippines...
DECISION LETTER FROM CIC (SEPT 29 2015): REFUSED...
Please help us on what to do..this is just a small mistake but they make it like an "open and close case"
