Hello,
I had applied for PR under FSW2013.
Unfortunately, due to my silly mistake i received a refusal letter along with 5 years ban from NDVO. I have already sent them couple of emails proving my employment history to be genuine but no reply from them and my ecas shows DECISION MADE. My dreams are shattered!!!
My question here is; Am i banned from applying for PR for another 5 years? Or is the BAN for all the visa's for Canada?

Could you please elaborate, what mistake is that? with your employment. Is ur employment not genuine?

The ban is for all visas. You are banned from entering Canada for 5 years.
