Hi everyone,
I would like to apply skilled worker professional immigration visa to Canada. As I know, I can apply under Fedral or QBC? I will appreciate if anyone please let me know the difference between two applications and if I apply under QBC, do I have to live and work only in Quebec all the time or can I still live other places in Canada?

If you don't want to settle in Quebec, they you should apply through the federal program. If you apply through the Quebec program, you are expected to make an effort to settle there.
