My wife is currently pregnant and she is not able to support our child, she is need me and there to work and make money so we can support our child, she is having a very hard pregnancy and she is not able to work as much. What can we do to make this case faster?

Your wife needs to stay strong as much as she can.

When did you apply for your wife's recidency?

I just hope its not to long until a decision will be made.

My appellation is received to Canada immigration on 30, Agu, 2011 and they are forward my application to Islamabad visa office at 7/11/2011 and all immigration documents is complete from us and all so I have received acknowledgement letter from Islamabad on 06, Jun, 2012 they are wants’ documents from us and we are send to Islamabad all complete documentation and wedding pic

Unfortunately there is nothing you can to do speed up the processing of the application.

unfortunately there is not much else to do. Ecas ( online system) is updated sometimes, but some VO don't update it too much, so apart from waiting, there is nothing to do.

CIC lists 26 months as the processing time for Islamabad. Note that this is not an average and some applications are certainly processed faster:
