I am sponsoring my spouse and she has her own dependent child. And I have to fill out IMM1283
However, I moved outside Canada at the end of last year and because of that I did not make money from Aug 2019 to March 2020. Thus my NOA shows below than the minimum income required. So I am trying to just show my income from the last 12 months but since it's abroad, I do not have T4 or NOA.
Should I just explain my situation and show my income (tax report in abroad and bank statement) and leave the form 1283 blank?
