Hello Forum members,

Hope you all having a lovely day. so my situations/questions are below. Hope you guys can help me out and clear my doubt/question and solve this. ok, so this is the situation.

So, I am from Bangladesh and i am a freelance web developer.I am working as a freelance web developer and personal / Admin assistant for almost 1.5 years and counting with a Canadian client. I do all sort of webmaster/development work as well as other admin work for him. It's like not always he needs the web development for his businesses so in the spare time i do other stuff for him. And according to the Canadian Noc, my job rank is A&B both and as they hold the same point or CRS score so it doesn't matter if it is A or B.


So, He is a pretty much well-established person and owns multiple businesses in Canada. he is very kind to me and a great person. We also have really good bonding. Recently i asked him to help me with Express entry and he told me that he would gladly do it and told me to send him all the paperwork/files or whatever it needs to prove I worked for him and also send me a job offer.

so the problem is I am working for him this 1.5 years and will continue in future but things and bills are a bit unorganized. Like I take some of the bills through a freelancing site and also through Payoneer. also sometimes take the bill upfront and sometimes 2-month salary at a time. Also, there was a total 3-4 month gap as that time I had my university exam. also, I didn't sign any official paper like joining letter or such things. cause I have no plan for this express entry. but if it requires then he can send me that and also do all the other things that needs to do that.

Now the main question is if he now sends me a joining letter does it help? like he can show in that document i was appointed by him 1.5 years earlier and till now i am working for him ? and also as i am working for him this long he is willing to hire me as i am reliable and trustworthy for him and also skill that he wants? And also there I saw that for hiring someone from outside the employer need to search for his country first and then he can hire from outside according to LMIA. so does it applied for my earlier experience? though I already working with him? also, he is willing to send me a job offer also.. so how can he do that and what type of paperwork he needed to send me? cause if i just get this job experience and offer letter then I can easily take place in the top 10% CRS score as an individual and I also don't have any health issue, I don't drink, smoke or any bad habits.

I just briefly describe my situation and position. please guide me through.. What should i do? what option i have and how can i do that also what can my client do for me .. what he needs to do?

Fresh graduate (just recently admitted into MBA/post graduation)
