Please help me regarding medicals

Hi, i want to Apply for PR under CEC. My wife has donated part of liver(40%) to her father(liver transplantation). As per doctor she will get it back fully in 3 months. now my question is during medicalls does it cause any problem. i mean do they ask for medical history?. what exactly they test during medicals.

Major procedures do come up and it's very likely that the medical examiner will notice the surgery. However, liver transplant recovery is usually back to full health so I doubt it would be a concern for immigration purposes.
