No this is not the email for CIO. They send FSW decision of approval or denial via this email and this email is not configured to accept replied or incoming messages. They have a call center number to call.

Actually I sent my initial application to Nova Scotia on November 2009 for the initial assesment (what they do) for further processing.
However, up to now I did not get any email from them whether it is reject or accept for further processing in the local visa office.
While I sent my application I added this email (FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca) to my contact list as senior in this blog said to do that.
I am in stress.
Any Advice/suggestion is highly appreciated.

1. The email address is not monitored.
2. There is a good chance that if Nova Scotia sent the 120 email that it went to your spam folder.
3. Send a case specific email to the visa processing office you selected and ask them if an 120 day letter was sent or courier a letter to Nova Scotia.

1. I did not found any charge by NS for cash at my CC.
2. Unfortunately in my email the setting was like it will delete momentarily all spam. I dont know exactly what happen to my fate.
3. I take a query to the respective visa office. the visa office said they dont have any doc for me.
4. I sent a letter through an EMS (Express mail service )for a query to the following address:

Citizenship & Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
196 George Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 1J3
Canada
The EMS is received by CIO , NS on 29 March 2010.
Unfortunately I did not get any mail or email uptodate.
Thank you very much for your answer

Hi
If your account has not been charged,it then means your application must have been returned to the delivery address on your form. You need to check this angle.
