caips note reasons: States he has been working as a Production Engineer & Mech Project Engineer in 2016 and 2014/15, respectively. Letter from employer confirming this, but no ITRs or paystubs to confirm work. No Snr Sec marks on file. Overall, not satisfied that the proposed study program shows a logical progression in his career path and not satisfied that he has been working for stated employer. Given past studies/activities, I am not satisfied that the applicant is a bonafide student who will be able to successfully complete the proposed study program in Canada. I am not satisfied on the balance of probabilities that PA is not a BF temp resident who will depart Canada at the end of the period of authorized stay.
it was 2nd time application under non-spp.

It is not true. I have helped my wife friend at the age of 33 to get a student visa. I don't think age would make a difference if you make a strong case for your higher education

Hi, I think your period of working will work against you. Best thing to do is write a strong letter about why you want to study, why you were working, etc... Good Luck
