I have exactly same message right after latest maintenance in my BOWP and PR application, called CIC and I am told "that is nothing, don't worry".
I have PNP-PR application since April 7 and BOWP since April 27, none of these applications had any update so far whatsoever.

I have tick marked NO, but i don't know why it is showing like that, is it good sign for approval ?

I suspect either one of my applications is actually opened for processing now.
Since I don't have dependant in my application this message doesn't apply to me.
CIC desk said there is no message in my file as he sees it though.
