Please help me do the form IMM5406 (Additional Family Information)

I am the sponsor of my wife, and she is doing the form Additional Family Information.

For the section SPOUSE OR COMMON LAW-PARTNER, does she have to put my info in there or this section applies to the people who are sponsored by their sons/daughers, and the info of the principal applicant's spouse should be put there, its like ... I sponsor my parents, and my mom is the principal applicant, and my dad is the spouse of my mom, .. so his info must be written in there. If this is the case... then my wife does have to put my info in ....

I put my sponsor's info under spouse (he is my husband). In brackets I wrote (sponsor) just to make it clear. The form wasn't returned to me, so far so good.
But I don't know what other people did.
