I am on my way to submitting my form for the Canada Immigration. I am confused about how to choose my NOC as I have a rather diverse portfolio.
Education:
Undergrad: BA(Hons) Human Resource Management - 2012
Postgrad: MBA (concentration on Marketing) - 2016
Work experience:
Organisation: An Offshore Production Studio:
Pre-sales assistant, March 2013 - December 2014
One line summary of work : Assisted client with online lead generation, potential clients (webshops), Managing Sales data (Salesforce)
Project Coordinator, January 2015 - July 2016
One line summary of work : Maintained communication with client and supervised the production of Static and animated banners and CRM update of websites. Coordinated each production from start to finish and produced productivity reports.
Organisation: A Communication Agency
Senior Program Officer - Business Development, August 2017 - Till date
One line summary of work : Developed business proposals for mostly INGOs in the communication material development (educational materials, documentaries etc). Coordinated each project from start to finish and produced all reports as necessary.
Can anyone help me with what I can choose for my NOC please? I figured it matches 1123 to some extent:

I haven't done any HR job ever since I graduated. My line was more towards communication, client management and supervising of production of creative material. There's a question in the form about when I became eligible for my NOC. I am wondering if I can put my graduation date (in HRM) i.e 2012 for that.
Can anyone please suggest me? Many thanks in advance
