I am new to this forum.
I am going to submit my asylum in Canada and I came to Canada on trv.
Actually my brothers are living in US and Canada. I went to US in April 2017 and stayed there for 5 month because I applied Canada visit from USA to see other brother so it took time to approval but i could not visit Canada after approval.
Sep 2017 I went back home country where tragic incident is happened in July 2018. So after incident I moved different city to protect myself because govt is not willing to support minorities in our back home country. After couple of week I thought I should renew my passport in case of emergency becuase of I was divorced so my ex husband name was on my passport and 8 month left to expire passport. But I applied for passport from different location of my back home country.
After that some thoughts came to mind for my two valid visas of usa and Canada in old passport that are both valid or invalid??.
By the way I was in fear and didnt have knowledge for that. I called USA embassy in my back home country regarding such question they told me that my visa is invalid so I need to reapply.
After that I thought I made mistake to renew my passport and automatically I got that my Canada visa was also invalid due to renewal of passport.
Any way I applied my usa visit visa first in back home embassy but it was rejected because I could not satisfy them for last 5 month stay in USA and current job, actually I was not working due to fear but I mentioned usa visit Visa application for job.
Any way I was very disappointed and fear.
But any way I sent email to Canada embassy regarding old and new passport , they told me that u can visit to canada on new passport and visa is valid.
Then I booked ticket and came to canada . No any issue was happened to me to arrive in canada .
Now a day I am with my Canadian brother to stay temporarily.
I have a few questions regarding passport renewal and USA visa rejection etc.
01- renewal of passport after incident could affect my refugees case in Canada?
02- usa visa application and rejection could affect my refugees case?
03- I mentioned in USA visa application that I continue to work , actually i did not work due to incident beucase i was in fear . Could Canada pull out my usa application rejection where I mentioned wrong that I was working . But in asylum case of canada I am mentioning I did not work due to fear. It contradicts. So please guide and help in that situation. I have already made mistake due to no info and knowledge.
