PLEASE HELP: Invite to visit Canada & Get marry inland?

Hello Canada Visa,

My cousin has a long time girl friend who is still living in his origin country, but he can not travel there to marry her, because he has to take care of his ill family member.

The question is: - Can he invite his girl friend to visit Canada, and to marry her inside Canada? Then apply to sponsor her as his wife to stay in Canada?

Please help.

He can try. His gf would have to show strong ties to her home country like a job, property, dependent family members. She will also need to show enough savings to support herself while in Canada.
